"As a pro sailor for the last ten years, training alongside Olympic rowers, weightlifters and numerous personal trainers at olympic level, I can safely say that I have gained the greatest power and cardio fitness in my time training with EDA! They have brought variety and freshness into my routine keeping that high end of professionalism!"

I can only commend the Fight Camp team for their professionalism, dedication, hard work and focus on making fight camp the experience it is.

When I started the camp my fitness and weight levels were not great. Although I'd continued to go to the gym and cycled regularly I'd lost the ability to push myself. That's where the team came in.

They're very clear when you first discuss and sign up. You really do have to commit yourself and there is no miracle cure; Hard work required. But in the environment they set up, where you work with other participants of the camp to encourage and motivate, combined with the support provided by the team you really can achieve significant results in the six weeks. Not only to your body weight and fat content (I lost over 8kg and 7% fat), but to your fitness levels too. The difference I find when playing football, running or cycling is incredible.

Finally, it's fun. The camaraderie you build up with the other participants and the team help make the experience what it is. Sign up, and I'll see you there!

"Gets you fit, fast" is how I would sum up my personal experience of Fight Camp by EDA.

The website claims "...a training environment that is geared to achieving results and self improvement for any participant from beginner to elite." but so have many other widely marketed fitness programmes, some of which I had embarked on over the last decade. And over the past 10 years my weight had increased gradually despite exercising on a regular basis. It should be stated here that other factors also played a part but, by the end of 2009 I was essentially "running to stand still".

In January 2010 I enrolled on to Fight Camp. Fight Camp has been the most energy demanding and personally rewarding fitness programme I have undertaken for well over a decade. The intensity of circuit training combined with elements of Muay Thai boxing has dramatically improved my strength and endurance. My fitness and energy levels have returned to those I had ...well, a long time ago.

In my first six-week Fight Camp I lost 8 kg (18 lbs) in weight, 7% body fat and my waistline had dropped 2 inches. This was achieved through working extremely hard in the classes and eating well. I'm on my second Fight Camp and well on the way to getting to my desired weight and fitness levels. Fight Camp is different to the other fitness programmes in that it has a beginning, middle and end. The intensity of the classes increases over the 6 week period and you are driven to work harder each time by the team of young professionals. All the classes are well thought through and executed with precision timing. I strongly endorse Fight Camp as a rapid route to "match-fit" fitness and wellbeing."

"Working with Tommy and Paddy is always tough but usually good fun. I have definitely seen an improvement in my performance in both training and competing and so far this season I have had good results with one 1st and two 2nds. I hope to continue progressing up the Great Britain national rankings and eventually reach the top 5."
