We understand that no athlete is perfect, no plan perfect and no one system perfect. At EDA we utilize a system of continual checks, self-check, self-critique, evaluation and re-evaluation to help in our athletes to continually improve and push the boundaries of their development.

What can athletes expect to get from training with us?

Our athletes compete in a wide variety of sports and come from diverse range of age and skill levels. Therefore, we design and adapt our training programs to meet the needs of each individual athlete and their chosen expertise. Drawing from our backgrounds in sports science, nutrition and combat sports competition, EDA are experienced in training for gains in strength, power, aerobic or anaerobic fitness, and mobility. As the fitness spectrum comprises of these main components, the body of an everyday athlete is as powerful as it looks.
